Our mortgage division dates back to 1988, being headed by Gary Festa. His team, all mortgage qualified specialise in private financing for high net worth individuals and in commercial mortgages. The team have extensive experience in high value mortgages, high loan to value mortgages, offset mortgages, mortgages on overseas property and investment mortgages.
The mortgage department receives a large volume of referrals arising from clients pleased with our speed of service and quality of advice.
We monitor each application on an ongoing basis, keeping you informed of each step of the process, until each case is brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
