On receiving an enquiry we invite you as a prospective client to come to one of our offices for a preliminary meeting or if more convenient, we can arrange to meet at your office. The purpose of the meeting is to establish whether we are able to assist with your needs and objectives and is at our cost.
If you wish to proceed with us, we would then carry out an extensive information gathering process covering hard facts, such as financials and other relevant data, and the crucial soft facts i.e. your individual or corporate needs and plans.
We would then agree priorities and budgets where relevant and prepare draft recommendations for review and amendment as necessary prior to implementation. Post implementation, many clients, depending on their circumstances, welcome an ongoing process of review which would be agreed on an individual basis. along with receiving focussed information updates.
