Headed up by Jason Lines (who has over 25 years experience in the corporate pensions market and 14 years with HFMC of which 10 years as an Equity Partner), HFMC’S EB division helps companies develop and maintain successful employee benefit strategies. This is achieved by working closely in partnership with our corporate clients and providing a very personal and hands on service proposition.

The division which forms a substantial part of HFMC Group, manages pension schemes with total assets in excess of £200M representing over 5,000 employees as well as having a large book of Group Risk, resulting in the ability to negotiate competitive terms with leading insurers.

With ‘good member outcomes’ at the core of the ongoing Governance process we apply to the group pension schemes and employee benefits we advise on and administer, we also have the added depth of having an in-house Investment Team and the coveted Personal Finance Society Chartered Status, helping to differentiate us from main stream employee benefit consultancies.

HFMC’s Employee Benefits department has been providing bespoke and detailed advice to its corporate clients since its inception in 1986 and operates in complete harmony with the Private Clients department providing our specialists with shared access to information to deliver a seamless range of solutions.
